Conveyors
Finetouch design and manufacture chain conveyors, screw conveyors and belt conveyors for different applications to meet operational needs. Fine Touch conveyors are designed in a modular system and be supplied in exact required length with different capacity ranges. They are available with various accessories making them suitable for special applications.
Chain Conveyors
Chain conveyors are equipped with high-quality component and are ideal for horizontal and inclined conveying of products demanding a completely closed dustproof transport such as grain, pellets etc.
Finetouch are designed in a modular system and be supplied in exact required length with different capacity ranges from 2TPH to 1000TPH.
Screw Conveyors
Screw conveyors are designed for the competent and consistent transport of a wide range of agricultural and industrial products. Equipment and accessories are manufactured both for straightforward conveyors and for complete systems for large turn-key projects. These conveyors are constructed with reversible motors and several gate-controlled.
Belt Conveyors
Belt conveyors are used for moderate horizontal conveying of granular products like grains, pellets, powder etc. The shape of the belt, system inclination, and speed of movement are dependent on the solids content and consistency of the material. Typical speed of belt conveyor is 11-16 km/hr.
Sliding Gates
Fine Touch slide gate valves are designed to stop grain flow from outlets of storage bins, metal silos, and another discharge point. Slide gates are available in manually actuated and pneumatic slide gate valves. The standard sizes are available in standard size ranging from 6inch to 36 inches.
Bucket Elevator
Bucket Elevators are used for transporting flowable bulk material vertically. Fine Touch Bucket Elevators are designed in such a way that withstand easy mechanical process with high-quality components.
A bucket elevator can elevate a variety of bulk materials from light to heavy and from fine to large lumps.
Pre Cleaner
Pre Cleaner is used to remove the particles other than the grain, like dust, straw, sand, clay, etc.
Sweep Augers
Sweep auger is used in silos with the flat bottom to unload the rests of the grain inside the silo, which is another material handling equipment manufactured by us; the auger collects the material inside of the silo rotating into 360 degrees and directs the material towards discharge openings located on the unloading auger.
